ABOUT HALIFAX RACK AND SCREW

HRS was established in 1953. The Company has operated from its current site since 1966. With a history spanning more than 70 years, HRS has earned a strong reputation as a dependable UK-based subcontract manufacturing partner.

We machine gear racks and pinions, lead screws, precision nuts and other custom components directly to drawing specifications. Our parts are used in demanding applications across the UK and overseas where performance, repeatability and long-term reliability are key.

Every part we machine is built to perform as required, accurately and reliably. We take a practical approach, stay focused on the task and keep communication clear throughout. It is about doing the job properly and making the process as straightforward as it should be.
